01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and be99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on be99. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering your be99 account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, please update them through your account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your be99 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. be99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. 04 Deposits and Payments

be99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods. be99 does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency payments at this time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though be99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits are credited to your be99 wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. be99 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated be99 account may be suspended.
• be99 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if fraud or payment error is detected.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational expenses.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on be99 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. be99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Most withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within minutes.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID. This is a one-time process. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless our compliance team flags a specific transaction.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• be99 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review.
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance may be queued and processed once maintenance is complete.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

be99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily missions, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general bonus terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all be99 bonuses:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers.
• Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while one is active will cancel the existing bonus.
• be99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on be99 — including Ocean Phoenix, Prosperity Fortune Tree, Bingo Fishing, Keno, Monster Crash, Let's Shoot, and all other titles — operate using independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including be99 staff.

Each game on be99 has its own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. be99 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Return-to-player (RTP) figures for all games are published on the respective game pages.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

be99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, or if required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw during the suspension period. be99 will aim to complete any investigation within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to you via your registered contact details.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting be99 support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please let support know so we can apply the appropriate protections.

10 Responsible Gaming
